This training course covers the key requirements of two important standards:

  1. ISO/IEC 17043:2023Conformity Assessment, General Requirements for the Competence of Proficiency Testing Providers: This part of the course focuses on the principles and criteria for organizations that provide proficiency testing (PT) services. It outlines the responsibilities and capabilities required to ensure high-quality, reliable PT schemes, covering aspects like planning, management, confidentiality, and impartiality.

  2. ISO 13528:2022Statistical Methods for Use in Proficiency Testing by Inter-Laboratory Comparison: This section emphasizes statistical approaches used in proficiency testing programs. Participants will learn how to design, analyze, and interpret inter-laboratory comparisons, ensuring consistency and validity of results through appropriate statistical tools and methods.

The course is designed to equip participants with a thorough understanding of the standards, their application, and how to maintain high levels of competence and reliability in proficiency testing activities.
